Daily wine tours – Blenheim & Renwick, Picton & Havelock Any booking cancelled outside of 48hours @ 8am of the tour day, your Tour Value will be credited to the original credit card charged. Any booking cancelled inside 48 hours @ 8am of the tour day – all funds received are forfeited and no refund is applicable. Cruise Ship Tours & Shore excursions – Picton Any booking cancelled outside of 72 hours @ 8am of the tour day, your Tour Value will be credited to the original credit card charged. Any booking cancelled inside 72 hours @ 8am of the tour day – all funds received are forfeited and no refund is applicable. Any booking cancelled because your Cruise Ship did not dock as expected and we are unable to organise a suitable tour – your Tour Value will be credit to the original credit card charged.
